Madian IT Solutions is a joint venture between AGE Solutions, LLC and the Newberry Group, Inc. Madian IT was built specifically for the Encore III (Small Business Set-Aside Suite) contract.
Joining forces in cutting edge technology, leadership and management’s institutional knowledge, and true understanding from our years of direct experience, we will provide timely and successful solutions to support DISA, military services, the Department of Defense, and other Federal agencies. We are a provider of a full range of professional IT services, including software development, software O&M, LAN/WAN, system administration, desktop support, field modernization, and deployment solutions to meet the DoD’s mission-critical requirements.
AGE Solutions combines decades of commercial, Federal and DoD experience with modern engineering methodologies to deliver mission-driven solutions to customers. Founded in 2021 by Andy Gomer, a former Highly Qualified Executive (HQE) at Defense Information Systems Agency and 35+ year veteran in the industry. AGE is headquartered in Alexandria, VA.
The Newberry Group, Inc is an IT firm specializing in information assurance. Our experienced team provides IT support services, cyber security solutions, digital forensics and incident response, consulting, integration, product training, and reseller services. Based in St. Charles, MO., with offices in Columbia, MD., Newberry has served the federal government and commercial clients nationally since 1996.

Information Technology Support Services
ENCORE III is a multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that serves as the department-wide platform for acquiring IT services with a five-year base period of performance, and five (5) one-year option periods. The vehicle is estimated to have a multi-billion dollar value over the ten year period of performance.
The scope of the IT tasks to be performed in the ENCORE III suite of contracts is encompassed in the 19 performance areas (Listed below). Hardware, software, and associated products may be procured under individual task orders but must be incidental to the services that are provided. Areas that must be supported include Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Mission Support areas, as well as all elements of the Joint Information Environment. Multiple contract awards are expected from both of the two separate suites: Full and Open competition and Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns.
